I just subscribed to Sky. I have a new TV. Last night I could see the sky icon on my tv, but couldn't activate it. Now I can't even see the sky icon

Have you bought a Sky Glass TV or a new TV with a Sky Stream puck?

@VIKKI59 If the TV is not a Glass TV can't can't provide support for it, that outside their remit, you do need to read the user guide that came with the TV and familiarise yourself with the functions of the set.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
