I can't place an order due to problems with my account

Don't know where this came from i haven't received  sky glass  gen 2 I would like one but apparently I have an outstanding tv bill although my bill is actually zero as I usually pay it early so they won't let me order it until my bill I paid ho figure!

You can't really pay a Sky bill early as any manual payments will go as credit the next bill. You have to have a direct debit or card payment setup on your account which the Sky billing system will then use to automatically charge you for the bill.
