I can’t log into Netflix through my sky I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't get Netflix to work through my sky even tho I have added it to my package please help lol

Hi @Millarhollic83 

 

Do you have a netflix account? If yes log in and Sky will take over the billing and if no you need to create one. You can't log in with your Sky credentials.

"If you don't have an existing Netflix account:

 

You must create a new Netflix account and use a unique email address (you can do this on the Netflix app on your Sky Glass or Sky Stream). Do not use a friends/family Netflix log in details on your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck when logging in for the first time as this will link their login details to your Sky account and it can't be reversed."
