I can’t access red button services on my sky glass

When I press the multi colour button on my sky glass remote nothing happens. For example I was watching the golf last night. The coverage continued via the red button. I pressed the multi coloured button on my remote and nothing happened so could not access the red button service.

@Andye2901 Unfortunately the function of the coloured button on the streaming platform is very limited and is not a direct replacement of the Sky Q red button.  I have found very few uses for it.
