I can't get discovery plus on my sky glass TV it just keeps saying I need to upgrade to watch but I can get it on my phone and tablet

Hi, I get that this is frustrating for you so lets try some trouble shooting.
First please make sure that you are signed in to the same Discovery+ account that is on your phone and tablet.
If that hasn't worked sign out of Discovery+ on your TV and go to the home page. Then say get Discovery+ into your remote. It shouldn't say you need to upgrade as it is included with Sky Ultimate TV.
Still no luck? Please contact Sky using th Sky help page; click on the help artical that suits you best and scroll to the bottom to find support options.
