I can no longer watch discovery plus on my sky glass tv it keeps saying i need to upgrade to watch

I can't get discovery plus on my sky glass TV it just keeps saying I need to upgrade to watch but I can get it on my phone and tablet

Hi, I get that this is frustrating for you so lets try some trouble shooting.

First please make sure that you are signed in to the same Discovery+ account that is on your phone and tablet.

 

If that hasn't worked sign out of Discovery+ on your TV and go to the home page. Then say get Discovery+ into your remote. It shouldn't say you need to upgrade as it is included with Sky Ultimate TV.

Still no luck? Please contact Sky using th Sky help page; click on the help artical that suits you best and scroll to the bottom to find support options.

@Lesleymack61 when you login to discovery plus on another app and go to manage account what does it say under your subscription status, does it say the current pass is "discovery+ via Sky"
