I am having trouble with the picture sometimes it freezes up then sometimes a dotted line appears a

I am having trouble with the picture the screen is freezing up and a line appears at the bottom of the screen I have tried to change channels but this keeps on happening

First check the connection speed between your Sky Stream device and the internet using the Netflix ... Get help .... Network check.

Does the network speed differ depending on the device because I have another tele in my room and it has no issues it is using the same wifi connection as my Sky device which is in the living room .

The network connection speed maybe adequate for the other TV but not for Sky Glass TV😉

 

Measure the connection speed on the Sky Glass TV a few times a few minutes apart🙂

In short Yes. Various things can affect network speed via WIFI including the actually location of the TV in your property, other electronic equipment nearby that can be causing Wifi interference and the fact that the qualuty of the Wifi hardware will vary from device to device
