Hi @Skyglasstv2

We are fellow subscribers on the form, you aren't talking to Sky. You will need to call Sky customer services.

See: https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help. You will then be provided with a number for customer services.

Unfortunately no one on here can answer that as this is a community forum of other Sky customers.

id suggest either calling Panther (the delivery courier if you have received any email comms from them about the delivery)  or phone Sky and ask them.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
