How to reinstate cancled sky tv

After a few spouts of bad luck I had been unable to pay outstanding balance. I have since paid but sky tv etc has been cancled. How do I reinstate, if I can? I can't get home of anyone via email or telephone.

@Mummah420 How long has it been since you last made a payment? More than 56 days ago?

I believe it was, my dog of 9 years passed, my partner left, and my car stopped working at the same time. I have made a payment today, however it says its all been cancled and I owe thousands on next bill, but I'm all caught up and can afford the service. Can I cancel the cancel?

@Mummah420  In that case you would need to call sky and ask if they will allow you to resubscribe because even though you have now paid what was owed sky are under no obligation to allow you to

Just waiting for my son to finish school and I will use his phone to call, as phone has been cut off also. When it happens, it all happens at once.. Thank you so much for your time replying. I rely appreciate your knowledge and help!

When your services are restricted (and it's only a non payment/s that trigger this), if the arrears last 56+ days Sky usually cancel your subscription. You will need to contact them to see if they are willing to accept you as a customer again but they may regard you as a poor payment risk.
