I am justvgetting a message on my sky account they've been cancelled, i have paid the bala ce that was owing and not reininstate my account, tried to get hold of someone from sky but they are now closed

If you have paid the balance and set up a continuous payment method try restarting you Glass as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/account-and-billing-sky-glass/bills-and-payments-s...

 

However that only applies if your account was suspended. If your account was suspended for more than 40 days and has been cancelled, you will need to speak to Sky urgently.
