How do I get sky glass remote to control volume on my Bose 500 soundbar through arc hdmi,, the soundbar is turned on when to starts up but I have to use Bose remote to do volume

Hi 

I removed the bar and reset back to factory settings then started from scratch , it worked ok and still is , hope this works for you
