@Kelly1900 Try retentions, but good offers are now very hard to to come by now
if you get an acceptable offer be prepared to accept it on the spot as it won't be available next time you call

More chance of getting blood from a stone than getting a discount out of Sky at the moment.
Basically, Sky's owners Comcast overpaid massively for the acquisition of Sky, and us customers are the ones paying for that mistake.
Sky Glass 65” [Gen 2] with Sky Live
Sky Glass 43” [Gen 1] with Sky Live
Sky Glass Air 43” connected to Sky Soundbox

Or the high list price and automatic discount is just stupid and now really outdated as a business model?
The original publicity material for Sky Glass appeared to indicate that Comcast/Sky were trying to end it by showing a list price which wouldn't vary.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Sky can't make the price difference between SkyQ and Sky Stream to great ... while Sky are committed to Satellite capacity contracts🤔
