Hi @Diddymac72

You will need to call Sky if it's not allowing you to do it online. You can have up to six pucks, you need to take out whole home subscription which is £12 on top of your chosen sky subscription. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/watching-sky-in-different-rooms-sky-glass

Remember that each puck connects to the internet and requires 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD for each puck. So you need to ensure your broadband connection can handle the bandwidth, as content is delivered via internet and not satellite.

Also note the channel line up is different than Q. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass

Also you cannot record. It cloud records some content and other content is playback via the relevant broadcasters app. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-playlist-and-tv-guide-sky-glass

In addition to the great advice offered by @mikealanr  its worth noting that when ordering a sky stream puck there is a one off £40 activation fee per puck which cobers things like (delivery, lifegime warranty of puck etc). Usually when ordering multiple pucks with Whole Home they will waive the activation fee on one puck.
