Hi how do I connect my replacement remote for my sky glass. Did what it said in the box but no message appeared? Is there something else I should be doing?

Is it working? If you press the microphone button on the remote and say e.g. 'Sky News' does your Glass switch to Sky News?

When I use microphone button it doesn't go to the requested channel and the TV powers down.
