Hi

I've just bought a sky glass tv that's working in the lounge. but my other tv in the bedroom is not working what's wrong

did you get the whole home package (multi room) and an extra sky stream box to plug into your bedroom tv?

Mmmm not sure I've got 1 puc box should I have had another puc box for upstairs then

@Loulou2  You can check you email confirmation it will show how many pucks you ordered, normally the 1st one is free any additional puck costs £39.95 setup fee.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have a glass tv and a puck then the puck would need to be plugged in upstairs tv

 

the glass tv has software built in and doesn't need the puck plugged into it
