Hi we have had sky glass for approximately 2 months on numerous channels it keeps freezing which is really annoying and needs sorted,our broadband is absolutely fine so isn't a problem with that.

Internet speed is onyl half the equation, what is also required is a strong and stable network connection from the Sky Glass. Is the Sky Glass connected via Wifi? If so that is likely the issue, with the Wifi connection not being strong and stable enough for the Sky Glass to function all the time. The easiest (and cheapest) way to test that this is the problem is to connect the Sky Glass to the internet via an ethernet cable, go into the Network Settings in the Sky Glass, disable the Wifi then unplug the Glass Tv for a couple of minutes.
