Hi, sorry my television is saying " sorry,  because of a technical issue, your currently experiencing a limited service.  Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem ".

@Leslienonoliaml  Try a power reboot, unplug the TV for 2 minutes befoe plugging back in

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
