Hi my Netflix isn't working. I can open it but when I select my program the screen goes blank and I only have the sound left. It worked for a couple of hours one day. I've been in and signed out of Netflix then back in again. It didn't help. Please can someone help me. Thank you.

Try logging on to netflix and on the left hand side menu scroll down to "notifications" . Scroll right to "get help" and press enter.
In the menu that appears, select "reload netflix" and sign in again. This clears most bugs within the netflix app.
