Help unable yo link to my account

  • Just had replacement sky glass, Trying to link to my account but it keeps saying I am SUPPLY CHAINTEST.  I have tried to call Sky but keep getting cut off.  I have seen others on this forum that have had this issue, but have been unable to find out what the solution is.  Any advice would be appreciated

Sky came back to me today, advised me to do another factory reset.  Did that, went to link to my account and hey presto, my account details came up.  We now have Sky Glass again.  Not sure what the issue was, but all sorted now, happy days

If you haven't already try a factory reset on it:


1. Turn the TV off at the plug.
2. Press the power/standby button on the side of the TV and keeping pressing it down.
3. keep hold of  the power button and turn the plug back on.
4. Keeping holding the the power button down until it turns amber and then it should turn green. Then you can let go. 
5. The TV is reset, you'll have to connect to Wi-Fi or whatever you use,  set up the remotes and then you'll get an activation code. 
6. log into the sky activate site and enter the code and that's it.

Hi, thanks for responding.  I have gone through factory reset with a Sky agent , over the phone, no luck.  Awaiting feedback from their tech people.  Will update on here once I know more
