Hello, my sky glass stopped working last evening, I have Internet but no picture, I've tried the usual routine, turning power on/off at witch etc but nothing is happening.

Sounds like you need to give Sky a ring. Your Glass TV may be faulty.

@Alison+Joyce if turning off and on includes unplugging the power for 30 seconds then you have done what you can and therefore need to call Sky to report the fault..
