Hdmi problems

Screen keeps going blank every few seconds, when I try to watch laptop through hdmi ports. Have tried different cables, still the same problem. Any thoughts?

Hi @wightred 

 

You need to make sure that the cables are rated for HDMI 2.1. If still having issues you can try plugging it into HDMI Port 2 and turning on older device compatibility (Settings > connected devices > HDMI inputs > older device compatibility).

 

You also need to make sure that your laptop is outputting a refresh rate Glass can handle (Glass only 60Hz).

Thanks Mike. Did the hdmi 2 settings. Still didn't work. Will check the refresh rate on my laptop. Cheers.
