Hayu subscription not work via Amazon prime app on Sky Glass

My hayu subscription isn't working on Amazon prime via Sky glass even though I'm up to date and isn't due to be renewed til Dec 21st ! Just a black screen which says to close app  and reopen but won't let me reopen unless it's through another programme ! Then when I try just goes to same black screen ??

Isn't the HayU app available on Sky Stream?

Perhaps there is a restriction on HayU access in Amazon... As Sky would want you to pay Sky for access to Comcast's HayU service🤔
