Having to unplug every time I turn it on

I am having an issue with our sky glass tv where every time we turn the tv on it says programme is loading and then cuts back to the opening screen so we are having to unplug the tv and plug it in every time we want to use it. It's highly frustrating and not what I expected from a tv that's 4 months old! Should I call sky?

How  do you have  your  tv connected to  the  Internet ? I have both of my sky glass tvs  connected  to the Internet  by ethernet cable  and have no problems with them, or my sky live camera or puck, i do have sky gigafast broadband aswell

Do you have the network  settings  so when you turn the tv off  at  night  it is still  connected  to  the  Internet

You could  call sky  aswell  to check

Thanks for responding. It's a sky glass tv and we have it set up wireless to our WiFi as the hub is in a different room so can't connect with the cable. The WiFi is working fine which is making me think it's a problem with the TV. It's just driving us nuts having to pull the TV out every time and unplug and replug it back in just to watch TV. It's making me regret getting a sky glass TV as the pucks in the other rooms always work fine. I think I'll call sky. Thank you

It's infuriating isn't it?!?! It's driving me crazy!! If I get any help that fixes it I'll let you know. Thanks

@Bh14- I and others have found that the best way to connect to Glass is via ethernet because it provides a more stable connection. I know you said the router is in another room but it might be worth trying to use Powerline adapters and an ethernet cable to see if that provides a better connection. You can get a set of two reasonably cheaply on Amazon/Argos and ethernet cables are relatively inexpensive. I know it's a frustrating expense but it might be a small price to pay to end your daily frustration!
