Having continuous problems with Sky Glass connecting to Sky broadband.
Having continuous problems with Sky Glass connecting to Sky broadband. all online checks show everything is fine, but Sky Glass doesn't seem to see the WiFi for a few minutes and then re-connects. Especially annoying when watching live sport!!

Currently is is running at 143 mbps, sadly we do not have a long Ethernet cable so the answer is we only run it on WiFi

The Netflix speed test will tell you what speed the tv is getting, I have 500mps, because of other things that are connected to the WiFi, my Netflix speed check says my tv is get 100mps, it's not the speed to the hub but to each item, and you can get long ethernet cables from places like argos if needs be

Now test your broadband speed with the my sky app, that will tell you the speed to your hub, any outrages in your area and any WiFi issues you may have,

How far from the hub is the tv, do you have any boosters from sky ? Have you done a service check on your broadband with the my sky app ? When I say fttp, full fibre to the property, do you have an o n t box from open reach or are you using an old open reach socket?

Re: Having continuous problems with Sky Glass connecting to Sky broadband.
So as I said I have fttp 500mps , my sky glass tv speed check on the Netflixs app says I am getting a 100mps and on the same app on the puck up stairs in the bedroom is get just below 90mps so not sure how you are getting 145mps on the Netflixs app on your sky glass tv if you are getting 145mps to the hub

Re: Having continuous problems with Sky Glass connecting to Sky broadband.
Also I'm pretty sure the glass and stream hardware makes it capped at 100mbpsz
