Having broadband connected tomorrow. Trying to set up the sky tv today but won’t link to my account?

I assumed because the payments have started to go out I could use the sky tv (with our current broadband)  but when we are setting up, it won't link with my account and saying account can not be found. 
Having the sky broadband connected tomorrow, will this then activate my account?

@Arronjohn are you a new customer what equipment do you have for Sky TV ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema

Thank you, Yes we are a new customer. We have the sky stream and broadband package. We have the sky stream box, control and the WiFi box. The engineer is coming out tomorrow to connect the broadband.

@Arronjohn after your  broadband is all connected you should then be able to set up your stream box
