Have to reboot TV at least once a week. TV will not switch on.

Have to reboot the TV at least once a week. The TV will not switch on but red standby light is on. I remove plug from the socket wait a couple of seconds then plug it back. Some times I have to do the the above a couple of times.

My. TV. Has. Been. Off. Since yesterday there was a technical fault on it. I've got to put the TV on today and I've had to reboot it. Unfortunately I forgotten my password so I cannot put my. TV. Back. On

Hi Tom I just came on to view this as I've had the same issue at least 3 times in last week Sky Glass TV wouldn't turn on.  Needed to unplug and reboot, then fine until next time.

Happened again this morning.

Any views on this?

I have had this a few times where the TV would not turn on in the morning using the Sky Glass remote.

It would work fine with an old Sky Q remote though.

Not sure if it is to do with Sky Glass going into Standby overnight and switching off Bluetooth.

I have disabled overnight standby and have not had the issues since but the Jury is still out.

And the same thing happening to me twice a week average. Go to switch Glass on in the morning and nothing. Take plug out. Put back in. Wait. Then try again and ok.
Thoughts @@Sky?

 have you tried turning overnight power saving mode OFF?

Also worth turning networked standby mode to ON

@Linsey1

Hi, I disabled overnight standby as suggested by @krduke and this seemed to fix it.

Not been a problem since.

Thanks @MarkGoldsmith  overnight power saving is currently off. Are you saying turn this to On?
can't see where to access network standby mode?
