Hi having had to switch back from sky glass to sky q due to service issues I've kept the sky glass tv but issues as tv reverts to sky glass homepage and massive issues with the remotes

Have you received the modified remote control handset intended for this situation, with the Netflix and YouTube buttons?

Have you followed the instructions here:

Particularly the remote and HDMI settings.
