Gray screen

Keep getting a gray screen on multiple channels?.

Can you provide more information are there any error messages, what channels are affected 🤔. 

As a rule restart the TV from settings menu should clear any glitches so worth trying that first.

Hello thank for the reply .. channels that are mostly effected I would say I've noticed BBC 1 bbc 2 e.g s4c .. sky crimes most really ... The screen will just go full gray nothing else on the screen it will still click onto home button and chance channels like normal but soon as I click a channel to watch it goes gray .
