Grainy Sky UI on Glass 65”
I've recently got a 65" Glass. I don't see any issues with the picture and watching tv - the issue is with the Sky interface when looking in your Playlist menu, for example. I notice that when moving from the main screen the 'blue areas' are smooth and the UI is quality, but once moving to my Playlist screen it goes really grainy and poor quality looking.
I've also noticed the art work displayed for each movie or show looks grainy and some look like they haven't loaded fully and not overally clear.
Also, in the Settings menu there is a strange blue wonky line half way down the screen. This is not the TV, it's the UI. I know this because I've just had the tv replaced as I thought it was a software glitch (and so did Sky) that didn't fix after a factory reset.
So, is this actually an issue or is the interface quality just like this? Surely not?
WiFi is 75mb and I've also tried with Ethernet cable. No issues with internet speed and everything loads instantly. Netflix connection test brings back 70mb.

Re: Grainy Sky UI on Glass 65”
I'm not seeing any issues with the pictures they are all loading with a reasonablely decent resolution. The background image (the purple type sparkes) isn't the most high resolution, but not able to notice unless really looking at it.
Are you able to take a pic? Also no blue line in the settings menu here. What is the software version of your Glass? Who is the ISP? Sky recommend 30Mbps for UHD so that's effectively half your bandwidth, but should be fine and odd if your not experiencing issues with the actual delivery of channels.

Re: Grainy Sky UI on Glass 65”
The first image shows the playlist menu which appears grainy and sandy looking.
To compare, the second image shows the main menu which is clear and looks fine.
The third image is the settings menu where the blue line glitch is visible. It's a bit difficult to make out the things I've brought up in the images, but this could help. Ignore the dark blurs created across the screen as this is just the tv through a camera.
It's not a massive issue but I expected the Sky UI to look more decent that this.

Definitely not like that on my Glass. It looks like it could be the backlight of the set. Try loosening the bolts in the back ever so slightly, as over tightening can cause that. If no joy it might have to be another via warranty.
