Got sky stream 2 weeks ago and remote batteries already dead.

Any one else had one remote from a set require batteries replacing after 2 weeks. It is only use 2-3 hours a day. Is it a faulty remote?

Hi @Pad67

There was an issue a while back where remotes were reporting the batteries need replacing incorrectly. You can ignore the message and the remote will still work, just just annoying more than anything.

You can request a new remote here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote if you are covered by warranty or order them on Amazon.

Might be worth seeing how fresh batters get on, as don't know how long they have been sitting in the remote before shipping, but if it is still moaning, you can order a replacement via that form, saving the need to contact customer service.
