It's normally the last 4 digits of your viewing card. You can find this by going to Settings / System Info

However it's possible you changed this as part of the initial setup?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you changed the pin from the default and can't remember it you should be able to reset it.
On your Sky remote, select Home > scroll down to My Sky > manage PIN > Forgot your PIN?. You'll need your bank details to hand, as you'll be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your payment method to reset it. For Direct Debit payments, that's the last 4 digits of your account number.
