It's normally the last 4 digits of your viewing card. You can find this by going to Settings / System Info

By default your pin is the last 4 numbers of the phone number associated with your Sky account.

However it's possible you changed this as part of the initial setup?

If you changed the pin from the default and can't remember it you should be able to reset it.

On your Sky remote, select Home > scroll down to My Sky > manage PIN > Forgot your PIN?. You'll need your bank details to hand, as you'll be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your payment method to reset it. For Direct Debit payments, that's the last 4 digits of your account number.
