@Nick711  As we are customers we are unable to help with a failed delivery, have you checked your order tracking page?   Was it confirmed for today?  Have you called Sky for an update?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Did you get a confirmation email/text from the delivery courier Panther who deliver all the Glass TV saying it would be delivered today. If you did and haven't received it I'd suggest giving them a call.
