Glass keeps losing sound/picture sync

Glass keeps losing sound/picture sync. I've never had this issue in 3 years and earlier 'solves' I've read do nothing. I'm on the latest firmware, I think QS033.010.00P 🤷‍♂️

Can you test your connection speed please by going into the Netflix app choosing get help and running the network test 

are you connected by Ethernet or WiFi

Same here. It's nothing to do with connection speed. (Gigabit internet here, wired connection). 

it only happens to us on channel 406 (F1) and it isn't just a little, it's off by about 3 seconds. 

edit: for us, a restart of the tv (Sky Glass) from the Services menu has helped / fixed it for now.

That doesn't seem right there's been a few updates since qs030.....
