Glass and Pucks not working

New fibre fitted WiFi working glass and pucks ask for password when entered continuously asks for password. Followed all online guides still won't work 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Hi. @Troakey in amogst your efforts have you reset your network in your glass TV.  If not go to Settings>Network> Network settings> Status> Reset.  Here you can enter the new network details/password.
