Getting rid of old programs

Is there a trick on removing programs on the continue watching rail. The worse channel is ITVX, I have fast forward one program 5 times, watched the last minute and yet it's still there.  Any help would be much appreciated

@Wobdot  This seems to be an issue at the moment which hopefully sky are working on to resolve,you may notice it comes and goes.
