Getting really fed up with Sky Glass - Diamond VIP customer

I have been a loyal Sky customer but you are really trying my patience.....
Fed up with several things.....tv guide has great gaps in it and on SkyQ it always showed a week ahead - gaps are even in Sky channels....hopeless.

Continue watching is a joke and even on Sky channels it sometimes doesn't show next episode and you have to scroll through whole season to work out last programmes watched. Hopeless.
Linking between pucks is a nightmare....finish watching in one room and in next room you have to fast forward it from beginning as it doesn't pick up where you left off.... Infuriating. Sky Q was so much better at this.

Upgraded Sky broadband speeds to 160 but not getting service I expect.

Tried to call but a 40 minute wait......seriously?
Require a call asap.

Get your act together Sky or I leave....🤬

Hi @SarahVC

This is just a customer forum, no one from Sky will call you back so you'll need to contact them.

There's a few posts regarding the blank EPG. https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Glass-Stream/EPG-tv-guide-is-not-filling-in-even-for-Sky-channels/td-p/...

Are you connected via WiFi or ethernet?

Thanks,

Tim

Hi @SarahVC

What speed do you get?

On Glass / Stream

  1. Begin from the Netflix Home screen.

  2. Select Get Help from the menu.

    • If you don't see Get Help, select Settings .

  3. Select Check your Network.

Thanks,

Tim

Hi @SarahVC

Was that speed result from the Netflix speed test?

Thanks,

Tim

@SarahVCI did not think the boxes linked and were independent, I was surprised to find that profiles were the same on each box.

@bob1234 the boxes are independent but profiles are managed on the server I assume on the assumption people often watch in different rooms,
