Gen 2 glitches and freezes

We took delivery of our 65" Gen 2 Sky Glass in February and have had our socks blown off by the clarity of picture and the ease of finding the programmes you want to watch. It's a different mindset to our Q box but we're getting there.

However, today has been a problem day, the picture has been freezing, losing sound, going blank and then jumping forward. Have only been watching live so far but it's spoiling our relaxation. 

Running diagnostics show everything is OK, but something is wrong

@it may not work in your case , but pulling the plug from the socket for a few minutes can clear a good few weird glitches ....

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that was the first thing I tried but the problem is still there intermittently.
