Freezing

When the adverts start my sky glass tv freezes. Everything I have to turn the tv off and turn it back on again which by the time I turn it on I have missed half the programme. Please help

With challenge specifically Sky are aware of this. There is another thread on this forum already for the issue with Challenge.
