Freezing sky glass with Ethernet connected

I have had sky glass a few months, most of the channels are ok but I keep getting freezing screens on the sports channels. Also no sound at times.

Re: Freezing sky glass with Ethernet connected

What is your router sync speed to the internet?

What is your Sky Glass's connection speed to the internet?

Who is your ISP?

That is typically down to the internet speed the Sky Glass is getting, live sport typically requires more due to the way it is broadcast.

It will either be down to not great enough broadband speed to your property, or an unstable and inconsitent network connection that the TV is getting. Broadband speed is only one part of the requirement, the Glass needs a strong and consistent network connection in order to obtain those speeds.

If your home broadband speed is higher than 30-35 Mpbs then its likely the network connection between the Sky Glass and the router.
