Freezing and no sound for a few seconds,so annoying

I've only had this problem since I've had sky glass,I have no interference in my bedroom with a Samsung tv

Is your Samsung TV connected to a Sky Puck?

 

Have your checked your Sky Glass TV's connection to the internet using the Netflix app's Network check on the Glass TV?
