Freezes when I watch live sports

My sky puck works fine until I watch live sports. Any time I watch sports the screen freezes and goes black. I have to turn off my puck and turn it back on again. Any help?

Are you on UHD channels?

I ask because only sports channels have live UHD and perhaps your setup isn't liking that.

If you are, can you try switching to an HD version of the channel (like 406 for F1 I believe) and report back if that helps at all please?
