Free trial on MVMNT Error sky vip_2002

I am trying to sign up for the 45-day free trial of MVMNT but keep getting an error message: sky vip_2002. It tells me to call Sky for help, but first, they say they've never heard of MVMNT, and then they say I have to have Sky Live. The VIP app and MVMNT T&Cs say this is not correct. How do I access MVMNT from my Sky Glass? I have refreshed the apps. I have restarted my Glass

As far  as i am aware  yes to use that app it did come on my gen 1 55inch sky glass tv when i got the sky live camera, like zoom and the games that are with it all for free

I have just checked  on my tv and yes this is one of the apps that comes with  the sky live camera, it does  and that is as far as i can see is the only way you can have it, asthe camera  is used  with  the  app as you train, it monitors  you as you exercise

Just checked  on my other sky glass  tv  and although  the apps are still  on the gen 1 tv as the camera  is not connected  the apps will  not work  including mvmnt sorry if you want  to  use  that app you will  need to get the sky live camera

The camera  tracks your movements  while  exercising  so that 2002 code is probably  because  the camera  is not showing  for the app to download

The extended 45 day trial of the MVMNT app was originally available for all Sky customers with Sky Q, Stream or Glass. 

Sky Glass has the added benefit of motion tracking with the Sky Live camera attached but the app was still supposed to be available to those without the Live camera on any of the Sky devices listed. It would allow you to watch and follow along with workout videos without any need for your movements to be tracked. 

The MVMNT website is very vague around it though and there's little mention of MVMNT on Sky's own website any more. I suspect that it may have quietly been removed from Q, Stream and Glass and is now only available on Glass if you have the Live camera. 

For clarification it might be worthwhile contacting MVMNT directly and seeing if they can set you up with a free trial account but TBH they are quite a small company and don't seem to have much in the way of contact information. All articles on their site relating to Sky now direct you to their Sky Live page. They have a messaging service on their website (a small button you click on the bottom right) so try contacting them and see if they can offer any insight.
