Faulty sky glass

I'm very disappointed. Since getting a contract with yourselves for a tv roughly a year ago, I've had nothing but constant issues! It's not acceptable. I'm on my third remote in a year and the tv will just randomly lose power and I can't get it to work for ages! I need this resolving asap otherwise I'll have no choice but to post how rubbish your service is all over social media so that other people don't purchase your rubbish products!

Hi @Knes

You are not addressing Sky. This is a public customer to customer forum so we are just fellow subscribers like yourself.

Have you reported these issues to Sky customer service? You can also make a complaint by using the link here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Hi @mikealanr,

thanks for your help!

I've tried to contact them via phone however it seems impossible to speak to an actual person, everything is automated and then I received a link to post on here. I wasn't aware to begin with that it was a public customer to customer forum.
