Fault with Sky Glass

Whilst watching TV our Sky glass TV will freeze and make a loud noise. We have to turn it all off to reset it. It is happen more often. We have had it around 2 months and has happened many times.

@Lisa261  If you're using it over wifi try using ethernet between the hub & TV, turnng wifi off on the TV as this sounds like a poor wifi signal.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
