Which playlist are you using
Live: Formula 1 this is for recording of live race broadcasts
Or are you using on demand
Formula 1
If you using on demand as in not live race broadcasts
Formula 1
Click other for the on demand recordings
You also needed to add to playlist from TV Guide for recording of repeat broadcasts
I thought Sky Stream was all about #TVSimplified ???
Ridiculous.

On Friday and Saturday I got home from work at 6pm ish and there was no new 'Live Formula 1' in my playlist, but on both days I rebooted the Stream Puck by removing the power cable and immediately on booting the UHD versions of that day's programmes appeared. Thankfully I was home on Suday so could watch live and no issues there.
The whole catch up / cloud recording for sport is so frustrating though.
Thinking of buying a smart plug so I don't have to get behind the TV all the time to reboot the box just to make it function like it should.

You don't need to remove power cable from back of the TV
You just unplug from power socket

It's not complicated
It's very easy
Add to playlist from TV Guide Channel 406 before a live race has started a broadcast this creates Live:Formula 1 playlist
You only need to do this once and will record all future live race formula 1 broadcasts
If you add repeat broadcasts to playlist that's not live which is self explanatory
That's what the other Formula 1 playlist is for recording of repeat broadcasts

Thanks but I don't do sport so it's irrelevant for me anyway. 😁

I have Stream rather than Glass, the puck lives hidden behind the tv... The socket is hidden away and even more out of reach... Not really the point though, the box shouldn't need power cycling to work properly.

One day we'll get there but I'm not hopefully - since the era of Digital TV I've not had a single TV or STB which doesn't require the occasional power cycle - from a CRT with built in Freeview, to pre recording Sky boxes, to Fire Sticks and Chromecasts, all have had the occasional lock up, random reboots, or started misbehaving so much a reboot was required (various brands - Panasonic, Philips, LG, Pace, Humax, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Roku, Pioneer, Goodmans, Daewoo and others I've no doubt forgot). It must be said Sky Glass/Stream were amongst the worse, but have improved massively over the last 18 months (from needing a reboot every time they were woke to maybe once a month now).

I lost the playlisted items as had to power cycle a non responsive Sky Stream puck. After reboot the individual items were unpopulated in both general and personal playlists.
Eventually filled up with HD recordings - not UHD - sometime after midnight.

Is it my TV or does everyone look very red on F1 Miami practice 1. Checked my TV nothing has changed since last grand Prix when the colour was perfect.
Im using an oled TV with sky puck.

Yep everyone looks like they've spent too long out in the sun!

At least it's not just me. Thought my TV had gone wrong.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePicture is over bright and high saturated on UHD via Glass and Stream, everyone's skin colour is like a lobster.
Thanks,
Tim

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ant13 Now you mention it there is a reddish tinge to things. It is particularly noticeable on skin tones and things that are actually red as it makes them look unnatural, an example being the Sky hand held microphones. It's certainly not enough to warrant making any colour adjustments though.
The F1 coverage has been a great improvement on last season so long may it continue 🏎️

The red bull cars logo kind of blur into a reddy orange mess. Hope they can sort it as the picture usually is stunning.
