Every now and then the screen goes off with various bright lines on screen and a high pitched sound.

The only way can get tv back up and running is to turn off at plug, wait a minute before going back in. I don't get any error messages. When the screen loses picture it has a loud 'white noise'

Should have said it's Sky Glass tv and have fibre internet.
