Erorr not working

My Glass tv doesn't work ( technical fault ) 

not Netflix/ no live stream/

Hi @Meital 

 

We are fellow customers and have no idea about your kit or set up unless you tell us. What product is affected? Gen 1 or 2? Who is your ISP? Has it worked ok previously? What speed is netflix reporting? 

 

Have your tried powering it off for a few minutes in the first instance?
