Attempting to watch The Hundred in UHD via c405 pressing the "red" button but get an ERR2 error

If the error doesn't disappear after a power reboot would suggest it could be an issue with that particular episodes meta data.  

try sending viewerR@sky.uk an email with the details as they can deal with missing / non functional episodes

I am getting exactly the same error on my Sky Puck when attempting to watch the live cricket in UHD.

Access the programme tile at main menu. Underneath there are options to start at the beginning. One of them is UHD. Press start. Now press right button to  the limit. You are now watching the hundred live in UHD!

Its a good workaround and thanks for sharing but doesn't solve the issue if theres no tile on the main menu unfortunately

Select sky cricket had from the tv guide and then do the same trick (start from beginning and advance to end). came up uhd for me again doing that too
