@Ash220987  If you're in a minimum term Sky won't allow you to cancel.

And even outside an 18 or 24 month minimum content term, if the set was purchased on 48 month finance then loan  repayments needs to continue (or the outstanding balance paid off as a lump sum)

Glass is not rented: if it wasn't paid for up front then the user has an outstanding unsecured personal loan in place for the cash price minus monthly payments already made.

You would need to speak to Sky if your discounts have ended, the forum can't deal with these.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Ash220987  As we are customers like yourself on this forum we have no access to your account details to see whether you are in or out of contract etc.  To get any solid advice you will need to call Sky.

If Sky is you mobile provider you can contact SKy by dialling 150 but if not click on the following link and

select “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky:  https://www.sky.com/help/home#M1014.  I can't give you the actual phone number as the forum filter would block it..

When calling to get past the chatbot and speak to someone try answering NO when asked about using the web link
