Due to cost off living im looking at cancelling my account.
Would are my options please

You would need to speak to Sky if your discounts have ended, the forum can't deal with these.

If Sky is you mobile provider you can contact SKy by dialling 150 but if not click on the following link and
select “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/home#M1014. I can't give you the actual phone number as the forum filter would block it..
When calling to get past the chatbot and speak to someone try answering NO when asked about using the web link
