I have sky sports F1 as a stand alone subscription but I can't seem to use the extra tools such as the driver tracker it tells me that I need a subscription which I believe I already have, why is this?

@Bri66uk What device are they not working on?

note they only work on live broadcasts

They don't work on the sky viewer on my PC also they don't work on my iPad and also if they don't work on my sky Glass TV

When you're watching live broadcasts? That's the only time they work.
