Downgraded to Essential TV

Have got Sky Glass 2, 55", had it since Feb'25, love it, as stated above because my 2 year contract was up for renewal, since I downgraded  noticed my Continue Rail has disappeared, do you only get that with Ultimate tv which I had previously

Thanks

Re: Downgraded to Essential TV

Have now Upgraded to Ultimate tv for £18 a month for 2 years, the Continue Rail is back, so it looks like you have to subscribe to have the Continue Rail

Im almost positive that's not the case ....... I would imagine those that take out new subscriptions on stream etc with essentials pack would get the CW rail .

Hopefully another user with the essentials sub can confirm this ......

I've double checked and the CW rail is available with the essentials package. It could be that the content in your CW rail was from shows only available on the ultimate package and they would have been removed when downgrading.

The other possibility is that the system glitched when you downgraded.
